Office Administrator and First Aid Lead

GRADE 4 – permanent

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to work in our school office and to act as the first aid lead on organising and overseeing medical support and first aid throughout the school. In our school there is a paediatric trained first aider in every year group and all the TAs are first aid trained. This role is focused on leading and organising the provision rather than supporting all incidents. This job is well suited to someone who is kind and caring and meticulous in their attention to detail.

This is a term time only position.

Do you have:

  • Experience of working in a school office or relevant admin experience?
  • Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills?
  • A first aid qualification or willingness to train?
  • The ability to work as part of a team, building relationships with children and staff?
  • A caring nature, able to support the medical and emotional wellbeing of children?

Hours: 37 hours a week –

This role can be a full-time role for one person or split between two people on a part time basis. We are interested in hearing from you if you are interested in the full role or if one part of the role suits your skill set and you are only interested in a part time position.

 

Salary: FTE salary is £24,790 (Grade 4, point 5), pro rata (37 hours x 43.8 weeks) £20,880
