Please know that everything we do is done to support the children in our care. If you feel that there is something that you need to contact us about please carefully consider how this is communicated, especially by email. We will always endeavour to get back to you within a few days and ask you not to email teachers outside of working hours. We have directed our teachers to only respond to emails at the beginning or the end of the day taking into account their work-life balance.
